The blues music genre has a small but dedicated following in Chile. The genre was introduced to the country by American soldiers during World War II, and its popularity grew in the 1960s and 70s with the emergence of blues-influenced rock bands. Today, there are several artists and bands in Chile that specialize in playing blues music and have gained a following both locally and internationally.

One of the most popular blues musicians in Chile is Carlos "El Tano" Romero, a singer and harmonica player who has been performing since the 1970s. Romero has been a mainstay of the Chilean blues scene for decades and has played with many other musicians and bands in the country. Other popular blues artists in Chile include Coco Romero, a guitarist and singer who blends blues with Latin American rhythms, and Sergio "Tilo" González, a harmonica player and singer who has performed with many blues bands in Chile.

There are also a few radio stations in Chile that play blues music. One of the most popular is Radio Futuro Blues, which is a part of the larger Radio Futuro network. The station plays a mix of blues and other rock music and is popular with fans of the genre in Chile.
